Automated Cabinet Systems, Inc. (ACS) warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal home use and service for one (1) year from date of shipment. Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty is made to the original owner only, and is limited to residential applications within the United States. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products at the original site of installation.

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

This warranty applies only to defects and does not cover delivery damage, improper storage prior to installation, improper installation, accident, abuse, negligence, alteration, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper cleaning solvents, exposure to moisture or extreme heat or extreme humidity conditions, or misuse (use of said products for any purpose other than designated by the manufacturer). This warranty does not apply to the mellowing and aging of products due to photo-degradation of finished appearance (effect of natural and artificial light to finishes).

Except as specified herein, ACS makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims any other warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the product sold, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, design, sale, installation, or use, of product. ACS shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses, resulting from the use of its products.

No oral or written information or advice given by ACS or its dealers, agents or employees shall create any warranty not specified herein or increase the scope of this limited warranty.

ACS does not authorize any other person to expand the scope of this warranty in connection with the sale of products. Except as specified herein, the purchaser hereby waives all remedies, warranties, guarantees, or liabilities (expressed or implied) arising by law or otherwise, including, without limitation, actions for consequential or incidental damages.

ACS shall be notified immediately in writing of defective products, and shall be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address alleged deficiencies. ACS is not responsible for repairs or labor not authorized in writing by ACS.

Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be, at ACS option, limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which prove defective under normal home use and service within the warranty one (1) year period, and which ACS examination discloses to ACS satisfaction to be defective.

This warranty does not cover, and ACS shall not pay for or reimburse delivery costs or labor charges to remove or re-install products or any related component, including face frames and field installed electrical wiring. ACS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or claims for lost profits or loss of use.

ACS will obtain the information necessary to make claim decision, such as, proof of purchase satisfactory to ACS, along with proof satisfactory to ACS that claimant is the original owner of the product to which the claim relates. Warranty claims must include a complete description of the alleged defect.

Do not return any product to ACS without prior written authorization of ACS.
